Pricing and Rate Limits

Q: How many free credits do I get with my new account?

A: All users get 10 free credits per day. These credits can be used to run any Glifs on the site, with each Glif costing a different number of credits depending on AI models being used.

Q: How do I add more credits to my account?

A: Visit our pricing pagearrow-up-right and select a one-time credit bundle to top-up your credit limit.

Q: How much do credits cost?

A: Credit bundles are available starting at $1.99 for 200 credits, with larger business bundles available up to $1,000. Learn more here on our pricing pagearrow-up-right. Monthly subscription plans with additional benefits will be available soon!

Q: What are the commercial usage rights? A: All content generated using paid credits can be used for commercial purposes.

Q: Can I gift credits to another Glif user?

A: Not currently.

Payment Troubleshooting

Q: Why is my credit card getting declined?

A: At the moment, we do not accept payments from countries that are not supported by Stripearrow-up-right. Credits Usage

Q: What happens if my run fails?

A: If your run fails, your credits will be refunded. If you do not believe you have the correct amount of credits remaining in your account, please reach out to [email protected]envelope with your Glif account details.

Q: When does the daily run limit reset?

Refunds

Q: The agent generated a piece of media (image or video) that did not look how I expected. Can I get a refund for my used credits?

A: In cases like these, we are not able to process a refund to your account. It is the nature of AI tools to have some unexpected initial results that require fine-tuning. Some trial and error may be required initially to get the precise output that you're looking for.
